About The Position

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing professional, courteous, and exceptional service to our loyal clientele. The Receptionist plays a key role in maintaining the store’s reputation and image as the first point of contact

Requirements

• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Must be able to work Saturdays & Evenings
• Polished and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers who enter the service drive
• Answer & direct incoming calls and inquiries
• Assist the Service Manager with various clerical duties, as needed.
