About The Position

As a Rad Tech at CentraCare, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations using X-ray equipment to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Key responsibilities include preparing patients for procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety, operating X-ray equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images, and maintaining accurate patient records. You’ll work with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals you can trust to provide the best care possible for our patients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree as Radiology Technologist or Associate Degree AS degree in Radiology
• Member of AART or registry eligible within 6 months of hire
• Pursues ongoing continuing education relevant to position and sufficient to maintain ARRT certification

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of patient care and safety protocols

Responsibilities

Benefits

• $30.27 or more per hour, pay determined by experience + $1.10/hour night shift differential
