Requirements

Master’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Clinical Mental Health) from an accredited institution, with completion of a clinical internship or practicum.
Experience facilitating group therapy in an outpatient behavioral health setting is preferred.
Familiarity with IOP models of care and evidence-based treatment approaches.
Licensure preferred but not required (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
Ability to work effectively with diverse client populations and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Facilitate engaging IOP group therapy sessions focused on mental health and/or co-occurring disorders.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and insurance reviews.
Coordinate care with referral sources, families, and external providers.
Maintain a minimum of 25 billable sessions per week while supporting program needs.
Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and quality improvement initiatives.
Perform additional duties as needed to support clinical operations.
