This position may be a great fit for individuals who are early in their careers or recent graduates looking to gain experience in both office administration and caregiving.
Requirements
- At least 4–5 years of customer service experience
- CNA certification required
- Comfortable multitasking and working independently
- Energetic and adaptable – perfect for someone starting their career or currently in school
Responsibilities
- Answering and directing all incoming calls
- Assisting with general office tasks and administrative duties
- Being available as an on-call caregiver in case of last-minute call-outs
