Requirements
- Active and valid LPN or RN license.
- Completion of an accredited nursing program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during evening hours.
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care with compassion and integrity.
- Willingness to work flexible evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Previous clinical nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Providing attentive and compassionate nursing care during evening shifts, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
- Collaborating seamlessly with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Assisting patients with daily activities while promoting comfort, safety, and dignity.
- Documenting all nursing activities accurately and promptly to maintain high-quality records.
- Responding proactively to patient needs and any changes in condition with professionalism and empathy.
