About The Position

B and B Maintenance is seeking a dedicated and trustworthy Janitorial Supervisor to join our team in the Toledo, Ohio Region.

We are looking for someone who is a team player, energetic, has the drive to make sure jobs are completed above and beyond expectations, and can work and communicate well with others. Someone who will do their absolute best to maintain a clean and safe workplace for our location and our team.
Compensation & Hours:
B and B Maintenance offers competitive hourly salaries which can be negotiated based on experience & skill set.
Full time employees are eligible for benefits which includes: medical/dental/vision/life insurance, Paid Sick Leave, & 6 paid holidays.
Equity Participation: This role is eligible to participate in the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), providing the opportunity to earn equity and share in the long-term growth and success of the business.
All supplies, equipment, and travel expenses are paid for/provided by the company.
Typical schedule: Typical schedule will be from Monday-Friday, 6-8 hours per night, 5:30pm - 12am., Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Order and stock cleaning supplies as needed
• Preform and document routine site inspections
• Preform scheduled project work
• Cover the buildings in your area in the event of a call off
• Lead a team of 15 people or more
• Delegate tasks
• Answer company phone and emails
• Participate in meetings and check ins with management
• Hire, train, and ensure all employees within your department are aware of, and comply with, company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment, and notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Follow all health and safety regulations, and complete all necessary trainings put out by the corporate office
