About The Position

The Evening Food & Beverage Team Member at Drury Hotels is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences during the complimentary evening Kickback event. Requirements

• Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
• Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests.
• Ability to speak and receive direction in English.

Responsibilities

• Make the complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback happy for guests.
• Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for team members and guests.
• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback through food preparation and clean-up.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and lobby area.
• Ensure food safety standards are met and supplies are fully stocked.
• Present and maintain high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality.
• Answer guest questions using knowledge of the hotel and local area.
• Provide courteous and friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
