About The Position
At Drury Hotels, we are excited to announce the opening of our new property located at 7301 Shallowford Rd, Chattanooga, Tennessee. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and help create exceptional experiences for our guests. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests feel welcome and at home. Your contributions will be valued, and you will be compensated for your hard work and dedication. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback, ensuring that our guests have a delightful experience during this time. This includes food preparation, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and lobby areas, and ensuring that food safety standards are met. You will also be expected to answer guests' questions and provide them with information about the hotel and local events, all while maintaining a friendly and positive demeanor. Your role is crucial in promoting the Drury culture of hospitality and service excellence.
