Pay: Starting at $13.00/hour 🛠️ What You’ll Do As our Floor Technician, you are the secret weapon behind a sparkling school environment. Your main mission is specialized floor care, including: The Big Refreshes: Stripping, waxing, and finishing hard floors (VCT, tile, etc.) until they look brand new. Machine Mastery: Operating high-speed buffers, automatic scrubbers, and burnishers. Carpet Care: Deep cleaning and extracting to keep things fresh. The Essentials: Routine sweeping, mopping, and ensuring all equipment is prepped and ready for the next day. ✅ Who You Are An Experienced Pro: You have at least 1 year of professional floor care experience. The Equipment Expert: You know your way around commercial floor machines and chemicals like the back of your hand. Physically Fit: You’re comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and staying on your feet (it’s a great way to stay active!). Requirements
