Pay: Starting at $13.00/hour 🛠️ What You’ll Do As our Floor Technician, you are the secret weapon behind a sparkling school environment. Your main mission is specialized floor care, including:
Requirements
- An Experienced Pro: You have at least 1 year of professional floor care experience.
- The Equipment Expert: You know your way around commercial floor machines and chemicals like the back of your hand.
- Physically Fit: You’re comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and staying on your feet (it’s a great way to stay active!).
- Reliable: You have dependable transportation and can pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Stripping, waxing, and finishing hard floors (VCT, tile, etc.) until they look brand new.
- Operating high-speed buffers, automatic scrubbers, and burnishers.
- Deep cleaning and extracting to keep things fresh.
- Routine sweeping, mopping, and ensuring all equipment is prepped and ready for the next day.
