About The Position

Join our Custodial Team at an elite charter school in Lexington, SC! Are you a floor care pro who takes pride in a mirror-like finish? Do you have an eye for detail and the stamina to keep a facility looking its absolute best? We are looking for a dedicated Janitorial Floor Technician to join our team in Lexington, SC. This is a role for someone who understands that the quality of the floor defines the quality of the building but can also get down and dirty with every aspect of custodial maintenance. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and experienced, we want to talk to you. As our Floor Technician, you are the specialist on-site. You’ll ensure the school shines by handling: Expert Floor Care: Professional stripping, waxing, and high-speed buffing to keep floors looking their best. Equipment Mastery: Operating auto-scrubbers and side-by-sides like a pro. Team Support: Helping our custodian team with general cleaning to maintain our gold standard. Floor Tech Specialist Duties: Monitoring floor surfaces to ensure a safe, slip-free environment for students. Requirements

1+ year professional cleaning experience
ability to lift 50 lbs
expert in stripping/waxing
Reliability: You’re always on time and ready to work.
Physical Grit: You can handle the repetitive lifting and movement required for heavy-duty restoration.
Polished Image: You take pride in wearing a clean, tucked-in uniform and maintaining a professional appearance.
Uniform: Company-provided shirts must be clean, wrinkle-free, and tucked in.
Footwear: Slip-resistant, closed-toe work shoes are required for safety and professional uniformity.
Grooming: Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance.
Conduct: As you will be on-site at a school, a professional demeanor and "safety-first" mindset are non-negotiable.
