Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and providing change.
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting
• Ability to exert 10 lbs up to 40 lbs of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store including restrooms, pumps, and surrounding areas, reporting any hazards on the property in writing to management.
• Prepare deli customer food orders.
• Clean and prep cooking/kitchen area per Health Dept. Regulations.
• Check out customers efficiently and accurately while handling cash transactions.
• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and safety standards.
• Assist in stocking grocery and deli items as needed.
• Serves customers promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Support store operations and team members as required.
