About The Position

Your Responsibilities: Responsible for prep and production of assigned menu rotations, producing small to large batch goods, and preparing for up to 300 guests. Cleans and sanitizes workstations and equipment, complying with all UDining policies and procedures. Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised. May adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment, and techniques to meet the requirements of the position and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow, with maturity of judgment and behavior. Requirements
