Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and directing calls appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for healthcare providers
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services offered
- Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Utilize QuickBooks for billing and financial record-keeping when necessary
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and professional at all times
