About The Position

We are a professional office, industrial and medical cleaning company. We provide all equipment, uniforms, supplies and job training. Located in either St Charles or St Peters, we are looking for a Housekeeper/General Cleaner for the evenings. The shift details are as follows: 6:00pm-10:00pm Monday-Friday in St Peters, and 6:00pm-8:30pm on Mon, Wed, Fri in both St Peters and St Charles. The role involves performing various cleaning tasks to create cleaner, healthier environments for our customers, their students, and grounds.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• 1-2 years' experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper is a plus but not required
• Ability to be flexible, work at a fast pace, and in a multi-tasked job
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Ability to read cleaning instructions
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses

Nice To Haves

• Experience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital or school is a plus
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided products, tools and procedures
• Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, windows, cleaning, moving furniture and equipment etc.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Use proper PPE where required
• Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security system as required
