Requirements

Strong communication skills to coordinate with school leadership and staff
Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in maintaining a clean, safe environment for young children
Experience in cleaning, custodial work, or facility maintenance preferred
Ability to follow health and safety guidelines specific to preschool environments
Comfort working independently during evening hours
Commitment to supporting a high‑quality learning environment through exceptional cleanliness

Responsibilities

Spend several hours each evening detail-cleaning classrooms, bathrooms, and shared spaces.
Deep clean and sanitize bathroom floors, toilets, sinks, and high‑touch surfaces
Thoroughly sweep, mop, and disinfect classroom floors, including under furniture and play areas
Empty trash and replace liners
Restock essential supplies such as paper products and soap
Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a hygienic preschool environment
Communicate with school leadership about supply needs or maintenance concerns
Ensure all spaces are organized, spotless, and ready for the next school day
