About The Position

We are looking for someone that loves children! The associates that work in our childcare center are responsible for maintaining a safe and loving environment for all of our children. This position is for evening hours. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain a safe environment for children, communicate with GM if safety issues arise Be present and work all scheduled hours Communicate with GM to help keep the childcare room fresh; including making sure toys and furnishings are updated and in working condition. Changing diapers, feeding babies, getting snacks, rocking babies playing and interacting with all children. Cleaning room and toys Greeting parents Working with parents if they have special childcare needs Being mindful of the number of children in the room, staffing ratios Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Applicant should also be able to communication effectively through typed/written memos, notes, and e-mails.
