Job Overview: Qualfon is hiring Customer Service Representative (Banking Specialist), you will serve as the primary point of contact for our client’s members, addressing a wide range of banking needs through multiple communication channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. Hourly pay rate – $20/hr This position is located onsite at our Headquarters in Highland Park, MI.
