Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Training in health-related disciplines and/or relevant experience required.
  • Supervisory and scheduling experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Technology proficient.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and manage care through Aspire Lifestyle Model to honor residents and enhance their quality of life.
  • Engage residents in living their life with purpose using the Aspire 5 pillars of wellness, including social, physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual.
  • Demonstrate stewardship and leadership by setting a positive example, fostering a supportive work environment, and boosting team morale.
  • Exceed expectations to ensure seamless care for residents.
  • Maintain a high standard of care and professionalism while effectively following guidance of CCM and utilizing resources to meet the needs of residents.
  • Lead, develop, and train care staff.
  • Assist with care staff schedules and monitor service delivery to residents under the guidance of the Community Care Manager.
