Provide excellence in evaluations of young children in home, day care or community settings that meet Early Intervention requirements. Evaluations need to reflect an accurate estimate of the child's functioning and be written well according to the most current Early Intervention standards. Evaluations and paperwork need to be accurate and must align with the findings of other evaluation team members. Any differences or inconsistencies between reports must be addressed adequately with the team and in the reports. Work well with children and families throughout the evaluation process. Provide parent debriefing and represent the evaluation team at IFSP meetings as needed. Provide quality assurance functions including evaluation review, critique and feedback as needed. Prepare and submit evaluations and other paperwork timely.
