About The Position

The Evaluator of Graduation and Transfer Credit at Front Range Community College (FRCC) plays a crucial role in managing academic records and supporting students, faculty, and staff. This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of student records, processing graduation applications, and managing the transfer credit evaluation process. The Evaluator ensures compliance with academic policies and federal regulations while facilitating the smooth operation of academic processes from enrollment to graduation.

Requirements

• Technical ability to update modules in the Banner Student Records System accurately.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Banner Student Records System or similar academic record systems.
• Knowledge of FERPA regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate student records to determine eligibility for degree and certificate conferrals.
• Manage the transfer credit evaluation process and update the student information system accordingly.
• Ensure the accuracy of student academic records and support the integrity of the graduation process.
• Process graduation applications and verify degree completion.
• Issue official diplomas and transcripts.
• Provide guidance regarding transfer credit to students and academic advisors.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to resolve complex issues related to course equivalencies and transfer credits.
• Support other Registrar Office services and record processing as needed.
