About The Position

Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough annual maintenance inspections Identify maintenance concerns Provide clear, detailed repair recommendations Perform move-out inspections Document turn work required for unit readiness Complete and submit inspection reports using RentCheck software Inspect primarily single-family homes, with occasional multifamily properties Certify smoke detectors and replace units as needed Communicate professionally with residents and property owners when necessary Complete all tasks accurately and in a timely manner Maintain company vehicle and equipment responsibly What We Offer Full-time position (40 hours per week) Competitive hourly wage Performance-based bonus opportunities Company vehicle provided Stable, consistent workload Supportive team environment Qualifications Prior home inspection, maintenance, or property management experience preferred Comfortable using mobile inspection software (RentCheck experience a plus) Strong attention to detail Basic knowledge of residential systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) Ability to identify maintenance issues and recommend solutions Professional communication skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Ideal Candidate Organized and dependable Observant and thorough Tech-comfortable and efficient with documentation Comfortable working in occupied and vacant homes Takes pride in completing work accurately and on schedule

Requirements

  • Prior home inspection, maintenance, or property management experience preferred
