About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Provides guidance, oversight, and development assistance to more junior staff.
  • Facilitates the implementation of research projects and monitors for quality and timely completion.
  • Assumes a team assistant or co-lead role, monitoring day-to-day operations of projects.
  • Implements methodologies, research questions, evaluations and analysis plans.
  • Prepares data collection tools, including surveys, qualitative interview and focus group protocols.
  • Conducts qualitative and quantitative data collection, including stakeholder interviews and administering surveys.
  • Trains staff on best practices in data collection, data security and storage.
  • Provides technical assistance and conducts training in the use of data collection tools.
  • Assists in the design, implementation, and monitoring of quality assurance procedures for analyses.
  • Designs performance and outcome analyses for data collected and interprets results.
  • Compiles results and prepares reports, presentations, and documentation of outcomes.
  • Leads client meetings and develops communication plans.
  • Facilitates discussions with client stakeholders, interpreting findings and disseminating results.
  • Conducts background research on projects and research topics.
  • Assists with proposal development and management functions.
  • Develops business opportunities such as preparing conference presentations.
