Requirements

• GM EV certification preferred, or willingness to complete training
• High-voltage safety training and electrical diagnostics experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Previous dealership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair GM electric vehicles (EV) and hybrid systems
• Perform high-voltage battery diagnostics, service, and replacement
• Complete advanced electrical and software-based troubleshooting
• Follow strict high-voltage safety protocols
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and management to deliver exceptional customer service
• Stay up-to-date with GM EV training and technology
