About The Position

The EV Charging Coordinator at Propark Mobility is responsible for supporting the operational needs of the EV charging team by managing communications, documentation, and ticketing related to EV charging services. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to create program standards and ensure efficient operations across multiple locations. The position requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a focus on customer support within the EV charging sector.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven leadership in the hospitality and/or parking industries.
• Strong operational and financial acumen with the ability to coach others.
• Excellent conversational and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with revenue control equipment and payroll systems.

Nice To Haves

• Previous parking industry experience with a hospitality focus.
• Established experience with scheduling and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Support the ev-charging-team alias by answering daily emails related to customer support.
• Assist clients with setting up their EV Charging accounts.
• Escalate emails related to station errors to the EV Charging Managers and Suppliers.
• Resolve basic EV charging questions for users.
• Manage all incoming/outgoing EV charging tickets through the internal database.
• Follow up on active tickets and resolve/close tickets assigned to the EV charging team.
• Create ticket requests for operational needs and work orders for the electrical team to service EV stations.
• Maintain the EVC team's electrical team tracker and distribute incoming support emails from station suppliers.
• Create and track tickets for station damages and ensure weekly updates on open/completed cases from the Station Supplier.
• Support station maintenance for the Distributed Offices and update EV landing and etiquette pages with new information.
