About The Position

This internship begins on May 18th, 2026 and runs until August 6th, 2026. This role is a full time commitment (37.5 hour work week). The position is for an EV Charging & New Fuels Business Analyst Intern located in the Corporate department under Retail Fuels. The intern will provide technical support through research, analysis, and reporting for the EV Charging and New Fuel Business Department. The role involves collaborating closely with various teams to develop analyses and business solutions that enhance profitability metrics and project implementation.

Requirements

  • Pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration or major in Business.
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the expansion of Wawa’s fuel offer to include high-speed diesel and electric vehicle charging.
  • Manage landlord communications necessary for EV charging installs and oversee contract management for EV charging.
  • Build and update existing Excel analysis models, research input data, model scenarios, and summarize results.
  • Perform benchmarking against peer companies and other industries.
  • Identify best practices and new technologies for fuel management at the store level.
  • Maintain relationships with 3rd party EV charging partners.
  • Support in discovering and analyzing EV charging grant opportunities.
  • Assist with analyzing current IT capabilities and developing solutions.
  • Document and maintain all internal business processes.
  • Compile, prepare and communicate reports for all levels across the organization.
  • Assist with market share and conversion reporting process for all fuels.
  • Execute on plans to clean up and improve file directories and documentation.
  • Assist with the research, design, and development of new data management technologies.
  • Contribute to developing and maintaining reporting and long-term market forecasts.
  • Assist with miscellaneous department needs including preparing for meetings and capturing meeting minutes.
