EV AER Development EngineerHyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) is the North American HQ of Hyundai Motor Company’s R&D, serving the North American market needs of Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis brands. HATCI’s activities include product planning, design, quality, testing/evaluation, and new technology development and innovation for vehicle systems. In addition to the Michigan headquarters, HATCI also operates engineering test & development facilities in California. The Team The EV Efficiency Engineering Team (EVE) is one of the engineering teams within the Department of Electrified Propulsion System Development (EPSD). EVE team focuses on enhancing the vehicle-level efficiency for Hyundai/Kia/Genesis vehicles and/or localizing them for the North American market needs. The Position This role leads activities for identifying, developing, and integrating more efficient propulsion system technologies in our current and next-generation Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis EV products. This position will also support the investigation of new technologies for off-cycle, or real-world and fuel efficiency benefits. The office is located in Superior Charter Township, MI.
