About The Position
This position is part of a future pipeline for roles within ASML's Technology Development team, focusing on the development of high-power extreme ultraviolet (EUV) light sources. The team is responsible for identifying system-level operating points for stable EUV production and advancing the technology necessary for the lithography industry. Candidates are encouraged to bring their expertise in applied physics, plasmas, metrology, optics, and control systems to contribute to the next generation of EUV products.
