Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and keep everything running smoothly
• Support, train, and motivate your team to perform at a high level
• Perform quality inspections and ensure top service standards
• Step in and work alongside your team when needed
• Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering
• Track labor hours and help stay on budget
• Communicate updates clearly (schedules, policies, procedures)
• Handle issues quickly and professionally
• Run quick team huddles and support weekly planning with management
• Identify team members ready for growth and promotion
