About The Position
The EUC Support Engineer will provide direct support to the client Business Unit, focusing on troubleshooting and supporting Windows operating systems, authorized applications, and peripherals. This role may require flexible working hours, including out-of-hours support, to meet business needs. The engineer will also assist colleagues with Mac devices and participate in various onsite services and projects.
