Operational Oversight: Lead service desk, VIP support, and remote desktop operations. Innovation & Trends: Guide adoption of modern endpoint technologies (e.g., Intune, MDM, AI PCs, Nexthink). Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with OEMs, cloud providers, and internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and business value delivery. Lead EUC platform modernization across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Ability to evaluate and implement emerging technologies like Azure Virtual Desktop, AWS WorkSpaces, Citrix, and VMware Horizon.
