EUC Engineering Analyst - Client Services - FT - Day
About The Position
UCI Health is seeking a detail oriented and proactive IS Analyst to join the End User Computing (EUC) team within the Information Technology Services (ITS) department. This role combines clear and concise technical documentation with light project management responsibilities to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of our information systems and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an understanding of EUC technology environments, and the ability to translate complextechnical concepts into accessible documentation.
Requirements
- Strong command of writing, editing, and formatting technical content for diverse audiences (technical, clinical, and administrative).
- Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., SharePoint, MS Office, Visio).
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, technical writing/training, or project coordination.
Nice To Haves
- Work experience relating to IT within the healthcare industry
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- ITILv4 Foundation certification
- A+ or other IT industry certification
