About The Position
The position involves configuration, deployment, and inventory management of various assets for corporate users and retail stores. This includes laptops, desktops, docking stations, mobile phones, iPads, iPods, monitors, printers, keyboards and mice, POS units, PDT guns, symbol scanners, POS peripherals, and RFID scanners. The role requires assisting users in resolving issues following proper processes and deploying or shipping equipment to stores and users as applicable. A strong knowledge of Windows OS and iOS devices is essential, along with installation support for standard software and proposing processes for new application requests. Technical troubleshooting skills and incident/request management are also key components of this role. Excellent customer service skills are necessary to handle Techbar operations, and a strong understanding of the End User Computing (EUC) environment and managing business relationships is required.
