About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated End User Compute (EUC) Engineer I with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the end-user computing environment, ensuring efficient delivery of applications, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in end-user computing or IT support roles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Intune.
  • Experience in patch management, application delivery, remote endpoint management, privilege management, procurement processes, inventory management, workflow optimization, and script building for remediation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance requirements.
  • Experience creating knowledge base articles.

Responsibilities

  • Microsoft Intune
  • Autopilot deployments for seamless device provisioning.
  • Automate application delivery and updates.
  • Manage configuration baselines and enforce compliance policies.
  • Monitor device health and compliance dashboards.
  • Endpoint Management
  • Perform OS-level patching and vulnerability remediation.
  • Manage application packaging, deployment, and version control.
  • Provide remote support and endpoint troubleshooting.
  • Implement Desired State Configuration (DSC) for consistent endpoint setup.
  • Maintain endpoint encryption and security configurations.
  • Application Control and Privilege Escalation
  • Implement and manage least privilege access policies.
  • Monitor and audit privilege escalation events.
  • Collaborate with security teams to enforce endpoint hardening.
  • Endpoint Lifecycle Management
  • Coordinate device procurement and asset tagging.
  • Oversee secure device destruction following HIPAA-certified procedures.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and lifecycle tracking.
  • Support hardware refresh and replacement cycles.
  • Automation and Tooling
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for endpoint automation.
  • Integrate telemetry data for proactive issue detection.
  • Streamline repetitive tasks through automation platforms.
  • Collaborate with DevOps or platform teams to enhance tooling.
  • Support and Troubleshooting
  • Resolve user-reported issues via ticketing systems and remote tools.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in knowledge base.
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for endpoint-related incidents.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaboration and Documentation
  • Work closely with IT security, networking, and service desk teams.
  • Maintain documentation for EUC processes, standards, and configurations.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for end users.
  • Contribute to internal training and user education initiatives.
