The position involves the configuration, deployment, and inventory management of various assets for corporate users, including laptops, desktops, Macs, mobile phones, iPads, and iPods. The role requires excellent knowledge of Microsoft Intune to manage and deploy policies for mobile devices, tablets, and desktops, ensuring secure and reliable access to corporate applications. The candidate will provide configuration and application package deployment support using MS Intune and PowerShell scripting, as well as Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Intune and Endpoint Manager, resolving technical issues related to MDM, device enrollment, and security policies. Additionally, the role includes developing and enforcing security and compliance policies, monitoring Intune performance, and generating reports on device compliance and operational efficiency. The candidate will assist users in solving issues, provide information on incident tracking and service request status, and support installation of standard software while proposing processes for new application requests.
