About The Position

The Onsite EUC Engineer provides hands-on support for end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, peripherals, and collaboration tools. This role ensures smooth IT operations at the user level, resolves hardware/software issues, and supports enterprise applications. Role may include manage depot operations for hardware inventory and logistics, travel between sites, offices and must demonstrate strong communication skills.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Office 365.
Experience with SCCM, Intune, or similar endpoint management tools.
Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot OS issues (Windows, macOS) and enterprise applications (Office 365, collaboration tools).
Handle hardware replacements and peripheral installations.
Resolve Level 2/3 incidents escalated from the service desk.
Ensure timely closure of tickets within SLA.
Perform OS imaging, patching, and software deployment.
Support device onboarding and offboarding processes.
Lead knowledge acquisition from incumbent teams.
Prepare SOPs, KB articles, and conduct playback sessions.
Provide clear updates to users and stakeholders.
Collaborate with remote teams and vendors for issue resolution
Manage hardware inventory and depot operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching IT assets.
Track and maintain accurate records of equipment lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding).
Coordinate with logistics teams for timely delivery and returns of devices.
