About The Position

Infosys is seeking an ETL Test Lead. As an ETL Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Requirements

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Work location is Raleigh, NC. This position may require travel.
At least 4 years of working experience in QA Testing
Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.

Nice To Haves

Design and execute ETL test strategies for data ingestion, transformation, and reporting.
Develop Python scripts to automate data validation, reconciliation, and regression testing.
Validate data across source systems and target databases (DB2, Netezza, Oracle, SQL Server, and Snowflake).
Perform schema validation, data profiling, and row-level comparisons.
Experience on DataStage tool
Execute the ETL Jobs through DataStage and ControlM
Good Experience on ControlM Scheduler
Maintain test documentation, test cases, and defect logs.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
Strong experience in ETL Testing across data warehouses and lakes.
Proficiency in Python for test automation and data validation.
Hands-on experience with SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Snowflake).
Good Communication skills.
