We’re looking for a back-end developer with the software engineering skills it takes to help identify potential risks, contribute to solution development, and create automated, efficient, and effective systems for our clients. As a back-end developer at Booz Allen, you’ll use the latest architectural approaches and open-source frameworks and tools to help deliver solutions. Using your software engineering knowledge, you’ll work with and learn from the development team to create custom tools, systems, and sites with consistent performance and scalability that can help automate processes today. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL
  • Experience with scripting languages to automate tasks, including writing custom transformations and interfaces
  • Experience building efficient and scalable ETL pipelines
  • Experience with data modeling principles and data quality concepts
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED

  • Experience with Oracle
  • Experience with ETL tools
  • Experience with metadata stores with pointers to unstructured content
  • Experience with unstructured datastores
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Possession of excellent corporate communication skills
  • AWS Data Engineer or Azure Data Engineer Certification
