About The Position

We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL development and a solid proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R. Experience with IBM DataStage and Cloudpak is essential for this role. You will work independently while collaborating with team members and stakeholders to validate requirements and manage project tasks effectively. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ETL development.
• Proficiency in programming languages: Python and R.
• Experience with IBM DataStage and Cloudpak.
• Strong soft skills, including:
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience in requirements validation with end-users.
• Effective project management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Utilize Python and R for data analysis and manipulation.
• Leverage IBM DataStage and Cloudpak for data integration and management.
• Collaborate with end-users to gather and validate requirements.
• Manage project tasks independently while ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Participate in occasional onsite meetings in Delaware and attend conferences as needed.
