This position will be hybrid (3 days onsite) for candidates who are located within commutable distance from our FIS Office locations in Milwaukee (Wisconsin), Jacksonville (Florida) & Atlanta (Georgia). Current and future sponsorship are not available for this position.

Requirements

  • Experience acting as a Scrum Master to facilitate ETL and other product integrations.
  • Must be experienced in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) technology.
  • Proficiency in ETL development.
  • Experienced in Mapping source and destination fields, transforming data, connecting to external APIs (SOAP, REST) using appropriate authentication methods.
  • JavaScript knowledge and using tools like Postman, a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial services industry a must.
  • Experience building integrations using Azure Data Factory, Informatica or similar ETL tool.
  • Good business acumen to work with clients on requirements gathering.
  • Experience with end-to-end systems development life cycles and standards.
  • Fluency in sequence diagrams, class models, etc.
  • Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines.
  • A bachelor's in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Designing, developing, debugging and modifying various connectors built using industry leading ETL tool Adeptia.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies with their scrum team.
  • Analyze, design, program, debug and modify various connectors.
  • Interact with product managers and/or users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
  • Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
  • Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
  • Create process flows, add necessary code, perform testing and debugging of applications.
  • Complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
  • Train and communicate with internal Client Training, Client Relationship, Professional Services and Sales teams on application.
