We are seeking an experienced ETL Analyst / Developer to support enterprise-level data warehousing and analytics initiatives for Baltimore County Public Schools. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ETL processes, SQL Server, and Azure Cloud environments, and be able to collaborate effectively across technical teams.

Support analytics teams by retrieving, summarizing, and transforming data from diverse systems
Design and implement ETL workflows
Work closely with technical stakeholders to develop and optimize data pipelines
Ensure reliability, security, and efficiency of data warehouse solutions
Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of ETL processes and databases

Minimum 5 years in ETL development
Proficient in SQL scripting and MS SQL Server, including Azure environments
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, architecture, and principles
Experience in data modeling and managing SQL-based database hardware
Skilled in optimizing performance, ensuring stability and scalability
Familiarity working with SQL Server DBAs, data architects, and other developers
Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
