As a valued leader on our Ethics and Investigations team, you will provide critical support to Fannie Mae Ethics (FM Ethics) to aid in the detection and prevention of misconduct and the promotion of an organizational culture that encourages ethical conduct and a commitment to compliance with the law. You will lead, manage, and enhance ethics program initiatives for the enterprise including ethics culture assessments, training and outreach strategies, and administration of the codes of conduct. We have one opening for this position and it can be worked on a flexible hybrid basis from our Washington, DC or Reston, VA office.
