The position involves monitoring and responding to in-line issues in the wafer fabrication etch process, ensuring timely disposition of wafers. Responsibilities include qualifying wafer fabrication etch processes on advanced tools, coordinating process qualifications and equipment downtime with manufacturing and equipment teams, analyzing data using software tools to identify trends and inform processing decisions, adjusting process parameters as needed, and monitoring equipment performance after maintenance. The role also involves executing change point management on Etch processes/equipment and continuously updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering field.
• 1+ year of experience in a related field.
• Experience with 300mm Dry Etch processes.
• Familiarity with equipment platforms such as Lam, AMAT, TEL, Mattson, Hitachi, and/or PSK.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate process qualifications and equipment downtime with manufacturing and equipment teams.

• Execute change point management on Etch processes/equipment.
• Continuously update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
