This is an hourly position at OhioMHAS, located within the Central Ohio Behavior Healthcare Campus at 2200 West Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43223. The role involves participating in the development of treatment plans, charting, documentation, records, and reporting, organizing and conducting patient group activities, transporting patients to off-site appointments, and participating in appropriate interventions. The position may require working on weekends and holidays, and there may be exposure to communicable diseases and unpredictable patient behavior. Training and development are required to remain in the classification after employment. The position is covered by the OCSEA/AFSCME bargaining unit (union), with a pay range of 7 on the OCSEA Pay Range Schedule. The selected candidate will begin at Step 1 of the pay range schedule, with opportunities for pay increases after 120 days of satisfactory performance and yearly raises thereafter.
