About The Position
This role offers flexibility in location, with the opportunity to work from our offices in Ripon or Warwick, or at any branch across the UK. As an Estimator, you'll be responsible for working from a busy shared inbox, providing quotes to our customers in a timely manner with care and attention to detail. You will also process the orders returned on the back of the quote produced using our branch network, build and maintain our customer base, and aim to increase their spending by providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will support with parts identification and catalogue creation for customers. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, 8 am-5 pm, Monday - Friday, with hybrid working available 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
