Requirements

• 8+ years in structures fieldwork on large-scale transportation projects ($50M+) and 5+ years in estimating projects over $50M.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite; experience with Primavera, HCSS, OST, and AGTEK is a plus.
• Strong grasp of estimating, engineering, cost tracking, and site surveying.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines with precision.
• Comfortable engaging with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Previous experience bidding on FDOT projects is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate cost estimates and budgets based on project specs, scope, and drawings.
• Conduct field visits to assess project conditions, verify production rates, and refine bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with teams to develop pricing strategies and secure the best deals with subcontractors and vendors.
• Identify project risks and recommend solutions to mitigate costs and delays.
• Utilize leading software tools like Primavera, HCSS, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), and AGTEK for efficiency.
• Work closely with Business Development, Engineering, and Operations teams to submit winning bids.
