About The Position

Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Houston, TX is seeking a Mitigation Estimator to prepare estimates for residential mitigation losses. Requirements

• Two or more years of experience preparing estimates with Xactimate and/or Symbility.
• Experience working with various Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and insurance carriers.
• Ability to prepare a high volume of mitigation estimates and to understand the different TPA and insurance carrier guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability.

Nice To Haves

• Experience preparing mold remediation estimates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates for residential mitigation losses.
• Work with various Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and insurance carriers.
• Prepare a high volume of mitigation estimates.
• Understand different TPA and insurance carrier guidelines.
• Collaborate with homeowners, adjusters, and project managers to complete timely and accurate estimates.
