Requirements

Construction estimating experience
Thorough understanding of Blueprint reading including architectural, civil, food service, ID, structure and MEP.
Thorough understanding of how to navigate and digest a specification book.
Microsoft Office with a strong working knowledge of Excel, this position requires a high level of proficiency in Excel.
Strong ability to qualify subcontractor quotes including subcontractor qualifications and exclusions.
Comfortable negotiating pricing
Experience estimating commercial renovation projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently with solid decision making skills.
Must be well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong software skills to include MS Office.
