About The Position

We are a busy family owned and operated glass shop serving North County Coastal looking for another estimator to expand our team. We have an excellent reputation and want a person with a professional attitude who can contribute positively to our brand. The Estimator position is the primary sales position in the company. Estimators are charged with delivering an accurate, high quality customer experience in the home and showroom. Knowledge of the glazing industry and the ability to measure with precision are required.

Requirements

• 3+ years residential glass experience (can be in estimating, fabricating, ordering, installing and/or shop/project management)
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the USA
• have a clean driving record
• pass initial background check and drug test

Nice To Haves

• In-home sales or installation experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Measuring using standard units (inches and fractions)
• Basic computer and software skills including typing on a desktop or laptop computer
• The ability to learn our software system
• Hardworking, motivated, with good organizational and time-management skills
• Mannerly comportment
• Eligibility for company benefits contingent upon completion of initial employee probationary period
