Summary of Duties: Collect and analyze data to assess the necessary time, money, materials, and labor required for assigned projects and change orders. Accurately report these estimates and update as needed to ensure alignment with the production process. Essential Duties: Review sign projects to determine the most economical manner for fabricating, transporting, and installing while meeting the requirements of the designer, client, landlords, municipalities, etc. Determine requirements for labor, materials, outsourcing, sub-contracting, engineering, etc. needed for the project. Estimating costs for change orders for previously sold jobs. Work with the sales team to prepare estimates and bids for clients. Maintain records of estimated and actual costs. Establishes and maintains excellent working relationships with clients, co-workers, and others, as necessary. Identifies the pricing structure required for products to sell at profit.
